Program Overview

This program is a couples weekend workshop & retreat to help you feel connected to your partner, improve communication, change conflict patterns and return to the loving place where you began.  This workshop is based on Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly’s book, Getting The Love You Want in conjunction with their Imago Relationship Therapy model.

You and your partner will learn new ways of talking and listening that can transform arguments into opportunities for connection and growth. You will create a shared written relationship vision for a clear roadmap moving forward, identify themes around wounding and areas for healing and growth, as well as gain tools to create and sustain a positive and fulfilling relationship for both partners.

This workshop is a good fit for couples in all relationship stages, including those feeling disconnected, stuck in conflict, coping with loss, experiencing life transitions, in preparation for marriage, as well as those looking for increased momentum to support couples counseling.

In addition to sessions with Certified Imago Therapist Lauren Ippoliti, the weekend will include ample free time to relax, explore, & connect while lodging in a National Historic Landmark and immersed in our unique setting nestled in the heart of the Adirondack Park.
