Mary Bartel, Yoga Instructor

Mary Bartel is a yoga, qigong, meditation instructor and a yoga therapist known for her functional and practical teaching style. Mary owns Inner Quest Yoga and Wellness Center in Saranac Lake, here in the Adirondacks, and has been a certified teacher since 2000. 4:30 pm - Orientation: The Laws of Nature - A Seasonal Model (Playhouse)
5:00 pm - Relaxing yoga and qigong ... to arrive (Playhouse)
6:00 pm - Dinner (Dining Hall)
7:15 pm - Boathouse/Camp Orientation (Boathouse)

Friday & Saturday, August 25 & 26
7:00 am - Gentle morning Yoga & Meditation ... to awaken (Playhouse)
8:00 am - Breakfast (Dining Hall)
9:30 am - Quiet meditative hike to marvel at nature (3.5 to 3.8 mi. RT)
12:00 pm - Lunch
1:15 pm - Free time to relax
4:30 pm - Flowing Qigong movements and breathwork ... to wind down
6:00 pm - Dinner
8:30 pm - Campfire (Lean-to)

Sunday, August 27
7:00am - Gentle morning Yoga & Meditation ... to align with what’s essential (Playhouse)
8:00 am - Breakfast (Dining Hall)
10:00 am - Check-out of rooms
10:30 am - Continue to enjoy the property, trails, and lake before departing
