Black Fly Beer Camp!

The region’s leading beer event, bringing together homebrewers, professional brewers, and beer enthusiasts to share what they know & love about beer

This is an all-inclusive weekend to talk, taste and learn about the suds we love. Beer Camp features New York State brewers, classes, brewing instruction, demonstrations, beer tasting, Adirondack meals and entertainment, and more sampling of really great local beer!

The weekend includes:

  • Presentations on hops, grains, yeast, and water

  • Grain mill presentation

  • Saturday afternoon beer tasting

  • Saturday evening beer pairing boat cruise on Raquette Lake aboard the WW Durant

  • Fireside drinking songs sing-along

  • Opportunities for homebrewers to share their brews and discuss them with brewmasters

  • Four meals in the Great Camp Sagamore’s Dining Room

  • A historic tour of the camp and its grounds

  • Full use of Great Camp Sagamore’s boathouse

Homebrewers are encouraged to bring their brews to share.
